Cancellations
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise while planning a trip. At the same time, we must secure accommodations and other travel arrangements to protect the integrity of our travel plans. For this reason, the following non-refundable payment schedule applies:
- April 30: $250 becomes non-refundable.
- May 30: An additional $300 becomes non-refundable (for a total of $550 non-refundable).
- June 30: An additional $400 becomes non-refundable (for a total of $950 non-refundable).
- July 31: 50% of the total trip cost becomes non-refundable.
- September 1: 100% of the total trip cost becomes non-refundable.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in the event of unexpected cancellations, illnesses, or other covered circumstances.
